After completing Law & MBA degrees, Lance Soskin began his legal career working for Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt in Toronto. Subsequently he worked on both Bay Street and Wall Street as an investment banker. Eventually forsaking big corporate culture, he later became a managing partner of a boutique commercial law firm and also founded a tech startup.
